Return policy

  • On items eligible for returns, the buyers will have a set time from the moment the item was received to decide whether to keep it or return it to the seller. The time will be displayed in the buyer portal.

How to process returns?

  1. Log into your buyer portal.
  2. Click on the box Eligible for return and generate the barcode.
  3. Print the barcode, stick it on the envelope and take the parcel to the nearest Post box or Post office.
  4. Once the parcel is on its way, you will be able to track & trace the parcel.
  5. QLiiCK will not acknowledge any other way to deliver any QLiiCK relating return parcels
  6. Once the seller receives the item, QLiiCK will remit the funds back to the buyer.

Delivery policy

  • All deliveries within Australia must use Australia Post services ONLY
  • QLiiCK will not acknowledge any other way to deliver any QLiiCK relating parcels
  • All deliveries must be packed in according to the packing QLiiCK instruction (“see QLiiCK packing instruction”)
  • QLiiCK will supply Australia Post shipping labels by email

Ratings

To ensure the highest level of satisfaction for the buyer and the seller, we have established a scouring rating system to evaluate the level of service. Punctuality, experience, item quality, timely delivery, wrapping and parcel condition, and overall experience

  • We would greatly appreciate it if buyers could rate the seller from whom they purchase.
  •  The ratings are a score evaluation from 1 to 5 stars. 1 star means poor, 5 stars mean excellent
